• Preparing correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation
• Creating, formatting, and amending legal documents with precision
• Preparing and distributing briefs (both digital and hard copies)
• Issuing large documents via OneDrive to Counsel and experts
• Managing case files, including electronic and physical filing, scanning, photocopying, and archiving
• Liaising with Counsel and expert witnesses
• Scheduling and arranging meetings, consultations, and diary management
• Assisting with expense claims and invoice processing
• Booking meeting rooms and travel arrangements
• Preparing and issuing client bills
• Debt collection and general administrative support

The Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Legal Secretary (essential)
• Strong dictation experience (highly desirable)
• A minimum typing speed of 60 wpm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF Docs, and OneDrive
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• The ability to work independently and prioritise large workloads
• Confidence in drafting correspondence when required
• A proactive and team-oriented approach with a flexible attitude
• A professional telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A positive, helpful, and approachable attitude
• Experience in preparing briefs
