Legal Support Assistant – ExeterExcellent opportunity for a Legal Support Assistant to join a highly-regarded national law firm.Our client is an award-winning UK law firm with offices spread across the South of England. They are currently looking for a Legal Support Assistant to join their Real Estate Disputes and Rural Land team in Exeter, Devon.The hiring team provides services for prominent national companies, charitable organisations, and private individuals, concentrating on a broad range of property-related legal issues. These include both contentious and non-contentious matters such as landlord and tenant relations, adverse possession, easements, etc. You will be providing administrative support to the lawyers in the team. Duties will include:

• Diary management: organising travel, arranging meetings and ensuring events are fully supported
• Managing and taking calls on behalf of Lawyers
• Assisting Lawyers with managing monthly billing procedures, cash collection, expenses and credit control processes
• Dealing with file opening and accompanying maintenance procedures
• Dealing with all file management tasks
• Assisting with administrative tasks relating to business development
• Providing transactional property support such as undertaking searches and dealing with the Land Registry, etc.

To be considered, you must be an experienced administrator (ideally with a legal background).On offer is a competitive salary of up to £26,000 (depending on experience) and an attractive benefits package.
