You will work within the Ramp Department, delivering all associated services; ensuring all services are provided to our customers in a safe and professional manner. As you might expect duties will include:+ Turnaround of aircraft+ Bag loading+ Aircraft movements+ Toilet and water serviceAbout You:+ Previous experience within aviation in a similar role+ Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment+ Excellent customer service skills+ Understanding of VIP customer expectations and proven anticipation of needs+ Flexibility of start and finish times within the shift pattern+ Willingness to learn new skills, with full training provided+ Excellent interpersonal skills+ Qualifies to hold a full airport ID+ IT Literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes – Word, Excel, Outlook etc+ Ideally an HGV licence (not mandatory)+ Valid and clean driving licence+ Serious about safety+ Additional languages are desirable but not essentialWhat We Offer:Our people are extremely important to us, so we offer a benefits package designed to motive and reward you, whilst considering your overall wellbeing and all-important work/life integration.
