LEGAL SECRETARYDISPUTE RESOLUTIONGILLINGHAMSALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCEWe have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary to work in our clients Dispute Resolution department in Gillingham. Previous experience in a legal practice would be ideal; and experience within a litigation team is welcome, but not compulsory. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate an extremely high level of customer service, communication, and is quick to learn.The department deals with a broad spectrum of litigation including contentious trusts and probate, property, commercial, landlord and tenant, insolvency and professional negligence disputes.Main Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial/administrative support to the team to include compliance, setting up files, closing files, and raising invoices;

• Assisting in drafting, amending, and updating documents;

• Audio typing;

• Excellent communication over the phone, by email, and letter;

• Diary management and arranging appointments for the lawyers in the team;

• Conducting legal research as required;

• Assisting with taking calls from new enquiries; and

• Maintaining and building upon existing client relationships.
