Natlex Group is an IT company located in Joensuu. We specialize in web and mobile software development for European customers. One of the new areas we are planning to develop is AI products.
We are searching for a LLM Engineer to join our team and contribute to new projects, using cutting-edge technologies and working on interesting and complex challenges.What you will do:
– Develop and optimize large language models (LLMs) for real-world production applications
– Implement and refine NLP algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy
– Work with advanced open source LLM frameworks, for example Lemur, LLAMA, Jan, GPT-4, WizardLM, Gemini, and Mixtral
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM solutions into production systemsStack:
Python, PostgreSQL, PyTorch, Ray/Triton Inference Server, k8s, redisWhat we would like you to have:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
– Experience in developing and optimizing NLP applications (discerning model and use case fit)
– Strong experience on machine learning model development
– Experience with relevant programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go and familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain, Vector Databases like Chroma or Milvus, Transformers, Huggingface)
– Proven experience with large language models (particularly Lemur, LLAMA, Jan, GPT-4, WizardLM, Gemini, and Mixtral)
– Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
