Join our growing service team in Finland!What is the job about?As a Service Supervisor, you will oversee our field service operations in Finland, ensuring accountability for the Southern Finland region and the workshop in Vantaa. You will be overseeing the workshop and the field service teams. The role will involve collaborating closely with the Service & Solutions Support function to ensure efficiency and added value for our customers. Additionally, with support from the H&S function you will be acting as a safety leader, promoting a safety culture, and ensuring that H&S is implemented professionally throughout the area in order to keep our people safe.Furthermore, you will:
- Implement the service strategy plan and operational roadmap for the area, supporting the agreed Country/Cluster Service & Solutions strategy;
- In alignment with Service & Solutions Support functions, ensure that the team deploys a customer-centric and efficient delivery model;
- Uphold the commitment to provide exemplary service that goes above and beyond what our customers anticipate, while optimizing efficiency and increasing value;
- Develop a team of highly skilled service staff;
- Build a partnership with Sales and Service Sales PUs throughout the Country and facilitate collaboration between Sales and Service teams, thus contributing to a positive customer experience;
- Ensuring spare parts stock is optimal in the area;
- Maintain good relationships with customers, service partners, end-users, suppliers, local communities, and other important relevant stakeholders in the area;
- Ensure systems, processes, and procedures are followed with the established concepts of Service Excellence;
- Take responsibility for the recruitment, selection, retention, and conclusion of the service employees within the team in accordance with the Group Policies and local laws and requirements when applicable;
- Ensure that the team meets or exceeds appropriate service training and educational levels;
- Provide feedback on service KPIs.
What do you need to apply?
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (electronics/energy/technical).
- 3 years’ experience working with Field Service Management in electromechanical environment.
- Experience in HVAC, electronics and digital offerings is considered an asset.
- Fluent in both Finnish and English.
