• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely bookings are made with shipping/airlines
• Identify and liaise with freight forwarding partner for any issues/exceptions with inbound shipments
• Pull reports, identify and investigate issues
• Pinpoint and track priority shipments
• Controlled import and export (air and sea) Documentation collation, including customs declarations

Experience

• Microsoft Office proficiency: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong admin and data entry skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated
