We are looking for Logistics Manager (kuljetuspäällikkö) to lead Finland Area South’s Logistics operations with the aim of achieving a qualitative, flexible and cost-effective flow of wood to the mills. Logistics manager has the responsibility for Finland Area South’s logistics operations, ensuring that it is carried out in a safe, sustainable, flexible and efficient manner that creates value for Stora Enso and our customers. The location of the role can be negotiated, and it is reporting to Sourcing and Logistics director.Be part of a nature positive futureAs Logistics Manager, your main tasks & responsibilities are:
- Lead the Logistics team according to defined targets & customer needs
- Execute on defined strategies
- Lead and develop Logistics units through common processes, routines and tools, aiming for best practices through continuous development.
- Look for and utilize synergies between different units and country organizations.
- Create clear and functional interfaces with other units.
- To be a member of S&L leadership team
- Develop the supplier field and proposes solutions for business needs.
- Develop own unit’s safety culture and defines and monitors unit’s safety goals
- To have a close collaboration with S&OP-team and other stakeholders
