You’ll work alongside dedicated and supportive teammates.You’ll record and retrieve critical supply/logistics information, ensuring seamless operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as procurement, sales, and customer service), control supplier documentation and much more.You’ll specifically take care of creating material orders in the Warehouse management system, but also organize transport requests to various stakeholders.We’ll look to you for:Ensuring data correctness in the ERP system (SAP)Following up on transport requests up to the invoicingCoordinating the return of parts from Alstom customersParticipating in inventory controls and maintaining high-quality standards for auditsAdhering to quality service standards and complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsAnother responsibilityAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
