• Lead client engagements and work with senior stakeholders to understand their business objectives and cybersecurity needs, whilst also leading business development and project delivery of Managed Security Services (MSS)
• Work together with account executives and sales solution partners to bring innovative offerings to your clients and apply understanding of disruptive trends and competitor activity to recommend changes, in line with leading practices
• Participate and support in:

• Leading the project delivery efforts of projects by working directly with the delivery team and client stakeholders ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Overseeing proposals, market materials, business promotional events and other market/business development activities to help grow the emerging demand of transforming Security Operations
• Working with the delivery teams in developing solutions to meet the customer’s needs while improving their current situation, while using your knowledge to participate in and support process improvement initiatives, further strengthening Deloitte’s role as trusted cybersecurity advisor * Lead a team of specialists focused on SOC Next Generation solutions, mentor, coach and grow the skills within the team
• Collaborate effectively to build productive relationships and networks internally and externally

QualificationsWhat are we looking for?To succeed in this role, you must have curiosity, an open mind, and the attitude of a trusted advisor. The challenges our clients are facing are often complex, so we must be able to learn new concepts and find the relevant solutions quickly, leveraging our global network.We are looking for a cybersecurity professional with technical, commercial and management knowledge as well as experience from Managed Security Services.You are a business minded professional, and you thrive on winning business. You have a deep understanding of MSS service model, and you would bring your contribution to business and service development activities and help us improve our managed security services offering.To succeed, having most of these attributes will help you greatly:

• Several years of cyber security experience from a client facing role including sales and delivery, either in security management or consulting/professional service side
• Subject-matter expertise in MSS with proven track record in project, program and/or service management
• Sound understanding of relevant technologies
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, supporting their professional development
• Flexibility and excellent time management skills, the ability to handle, execute and move forward several things in parallel
• Ability to make complex analysis and communicate it in a concise and clear manner, appropriately tailored to people from a very wide range of cultures, technical backgrounds and seniorities
• Effective interpersonal skills and experience of developing lasting client relationships
• Good presentation skills and ability to communicate the value of our services to different client audiences
• Fluency in English and in Finnish, both oral and written
• You are required to be currently located in Finland and possess a valid residence permit. We are currently not considering candidates requiring relocation
