As a Management Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to top management
  • Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinate and manage projects as directed
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Brussels|Management AssistantA successful Management Assistant should have:

  • An academic background in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent levels of English and French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services industry is a plus
