In the role of Senior Manager, you will assume a critical position in navigating the forefront of industry advancements and transformations, all while making a substantial contribution to a more eco-friendly and sustainable future.
We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and proactive leader who enjoys drawing and explaining the bigger picture, while still having a practical approach and expertise. You will drive business development efforts and identify new opportunities as well as ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.What you will do:
- Act as a trusted expert and advisor to our clients in transforming their business
- Manage projects, facilitate workshops, present analysis findings and recommendations to our client’s leadership teams
- Create value and identify new opportunities for our clients in cooperation with others
- Advise clients on how to develop their business by leveraging emerging and established technologies
- Create intelligent operating models to transform and build organizations ready for growth and stability
- Identify, quantify, maximize, and sustain value realization from technology investments… and much more!

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- A master’s degree and 7-10 years of professional experience and extensive consulting experience within hydrogen economy, energy transition, decarbonization, renewables or production and energy markets.
- You have the desire to contribute to the group’s development and growth and have excellent communication and leadership skills with a commercial orientation to build and maintain business networks.
- As a person you are methodical, analytical and can handle projects with high pace, and execution requirements.
- Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language is required.
