Our ~60 consultants bring diverse industry expertise and are based in Copenhagen and Aarhus.Job DescriptionAs a Management Consultant in Strategy & Performance, you will collaborate with client teams, Deloitte project teams, and senior stakeholders to design and implement strategies that drive growth and improve business performance.You will contribute to projects such as:

  • Strategy Formulation: Develop corporate and business unit strategies.
  • Commercial Excellence: Drive improvements in sales performance, pricing, and customer engagement.
  • Operating Model Optimization: Enhance operational efficiency and enable strategy execution.
  • Cost Transformation: Identify and deliver measurable performance improvements.
  • Cash & Working Capital: Identify and deliver cashflow improvements.

Location: This position offers flexibility to be based either in Copenhagen or Aarhus, depending on your preference.QualificationsWe’re looking for candidates with:

  • A master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field (recent graduate or final-year student).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Flexibility to travel based on client needs.
