The company’s shares are listed in the United States on NASDAQ under the symbol XRAY.Manager ERP Infor M3The Manager ERP Infor M3 will have overall responsibility to develop and maintain the Infor M3 ERP solution supporting the Wellspect and Implants business units of Dentsply Sirona. This role ensures the ERP system aligns with the company’s business processes, operational goals and overarching strategy. This position is located at our headquarter in Mölndal, Sweden.Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for daily operation, maintenance, issue resolution and development of the M3 ERP platform in strong collaboration and coordination with other IT teams and partners
  • Execute and oversee existing projects such as a large ongoing ERP system upgrade, including planning, testing, and go-lives, to ensure minimal disruption
  • Develop and maintain the M3 ERP Strategy and roadmap in collaboration with key business and IT stakeholders to fulfil overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and staff in the business and IT organization to turn system & integration requirements to effective business solutions
  • Develop, maintain and enforce effective governance of ERP system usage, solution development and prioritization while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with SOX & GxP regulations
  • Lead and develop your team
  • Manage budget, prioritization and negotiations with suppliers and partners
  • Be a catalyst for continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements and Qualification:

  • University degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering or Logistics and Supply/Chain
  • With solid background in people management of an ERP development and support team, development of employees and consultants preferred
  • Experienced in ERP and ideally with Infor M3, in addition to know-how in software change control and/or application management
  • Ability to support the team in technical/architectural troubleshooting and/or with requests from the business
  • Meritorious with ERP background in Supply/Chain and Manufacturing
  • Multinational and globalized businesses experience
  • Solid experience in project management
  • Background from cooperation with software development teams of systems that integrates with ERP
  • Fluent in English
