Job Description:Your roleAre you ready to lead and ensure the seamless operation of our data centers’ critical physical infrastructure? As a Manager Facility, you will oversee all aspects of our data centers, ensuring high-quality performance and minimizing any impact on our internal and external customers. In this role, you will bring your technical expertise to guide and support your team, planning, coordinating, and managing the data center’s equipment, systems, and infrastructure. We have the business best leaders! You will mentor a team of technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and professional development. To maintain business continuity, your team will be scheduled for day shifts and on-call rotations, with you serving as their primary point of escalation. Great communications and people management skills are also a key to success. The nature of the work in this industry demands a flexible working attitude. Besides from that you will need:

• Experience of managing a maintenance team with on call reasonability in a technical organization, supporting critical infrastructure
• Strong resource planning, administrative and leadership skills
• Knowledge of managing a team to meet KPIs
• Good technical/electrical and maintenance background
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical subject or equivalent
• Extensive engineering experience in an electro-technical or industrial/mechanical environment
• Fluent in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing
