Manager | Greenville Residential Service, Co Cork Job descriptionWhat’s the Role: ManagerWhat It Takes:An important part of the staff role is to support the needs of individuals through the ethos and values of Praxis CareSo the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential.Our dedicated staff team support our individuals to learn and develop their independence skills which includes tasks such as shopping, cleaning their flat, personal care, accessing the community, budgeting, taking medication. Each staff member has something to bring to the role and we encourage staff to use their humour and sense of fun and creativity in supporting our individuals with day to day life.Where You Would Work: Greenville Residential, Co CorkGreenville Residential is a mixed residential service, providing care and support for up to 14 adult individuals with a primary diagnosis of Autism. The service is made up of the main house which can support up to 5 individuals. Each individual has their own bedroom and ensuite bathroom, they have access to kitchens and sitting rooms and living spaces. Attached to the main house is a cottage which can accommodate one individuals, this cottage has a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen living area.On the grounds of Greenville there are a further 6 cottages, which accommodates 8 individuals. 2 cottages accommodate 2 individuals in each cottage and 4 cottages are single occupancy. Each cottage has its own kitchen and living area and each individuals have their own bedroom and bathroom.Staff work in teams that are based in the individual locations.
