Job DescriptionDrive clarity and enable our Marketing teams: Join us as Manager, Growth & Enablement in our dynamic Markets & Channels (M&C) central marketing team!You’ll be a key member of the central Markets and Channels marketing team, driving clarity and transparency in processes, ways of working, and tooling. You will play a crucial role in managing change within the M&C Marketing team, ensuring that the Marketing Leadership Team efficiently addresses key topics and adapts to new processes and initiatives. Additionally, you’ll coordinate quarterly global forums and actively engage the broader M&C Marketing community, aligning improvement initiatives with strategic goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Please note: This role is located at our LEGO® Campus in Billund. Play your part in our team succeedingThis role ensures effective management and communication of marketing transformation efforts. The Manager, Growth and Enablement will keep the Marketing Leadership Team focused and ensure critical actions are followed through. By organizing quarterly global forums, you’ll align business unit directors with marketing goals and keep the M&C Marketing teams connected.Do you have what it takes?
While not required, it would be great if you bring experience from a global or matrixed organization, and familiarity with Jira and Agile teams.
