We´re seeking a Manager to lead one of three teams in the Global QC Raw Materials organization. The team is based in Denmark.FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies is a world leading Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) serving customers in the pharmaceutical industry – from pre-clinical investigations to commercial GMP production.Global QC Raw Materials was established in December 2024. The organization currently consists of three teams based on two continents, counting 26 employees.The organization is responsible for Tech Transfer activities related to new customers and programs in FDB, including agreements on material grades and testing strategy on materials for drug substance and drug product manufacturing. The Global QC Raw Materials organization creates and own the material specifications and is therefore also accountable for changes, regulatory updates etc.It is a dynamic organization where we put people first and value teamwork both internally and externally.The Job

• Set direction, motivate the team, and prioritize tasks
• Manage a team and leading an organization by ensuring the right competencies, development of individuals and motivation
• Daily communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and secure alignment across the organization
• Improve processes and constantly challenge status quo

This is a hybrid role based at our site in Hillerød in Denmark, reporting to the Director, Global QC Raw Materials.We are looking for an experienced Manager with great dedication who enjoys going above and beyond, and who knows that this is only done by teamwork. You work with a humility and respect for the people around you. You are robust, flexible, and able to prioritize tasks to meet defined timelines. You thrive with cooperation across departments, functions and sites being visible and getting involved.
