You will work alongside SOTI’s partners, which include leading tech giants that will keep you on the cusp of emerging technologies.What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure the timely delivery of Enterprise Service Deliverables by the team.
  • Maintain service excellence in the communication and management of Enterprise Accounts.
  • Review and approve Discovery Calls, Statements of Work, and Work Order delivery.
  • Monitor and achieve team KPIs.
  • Improve NPS for Enterprise Services, applying corrective measures as needed.
  • Retain both customers and employees.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including thorough technical and logical assessments.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members.
  • Manage team leave and exit requests to ensure smooth transitions and continuous service excellence.
  • Act as a point of escalation for the team.
  • Conduct bi-weekly one-on-ones with direct reports and regular team meetings.
  • Assist in strategic planning and implementation of leadership initiatives.
  • Manage the progression of goals and career development for direct reports.
  • Allocate work fairly and equitably, ensuring career progression challenges.
  • Promote continuous learning of new products and technologies among employees.
  • Manage relationships with internal key stakeholders, including Sales Account Managers, Technical Support Management, and Product Managers.
  • Review internal documentation.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance the functions and image of the Professional Services team.

Experience You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 3+ years in a technical team lead/manager position in Enterprise Services or Professional Services.
  • Minimum 5+ years in advanced technical positions (implementation specialist, technical support, solutions architect), with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales or professional services functions, and working in a complex IT environment.
  • Professional qualifications related to Business, Management, or Leadership.
  • Industry experience and market knowledge in mobility, with a solid understanding of leading and emerging mobile technologies, and working knowledge of Android, Apple, and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Experience dealing with challenging customers, including problem resolution and handling complaints, with the ability to work creatively and analytically to meet customer needs.
  • Quick learner with the ability to comprehend and explain complex technical concepts to various audiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering initiatives to completion.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills at all levels, both internal and external to the organisation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures, writing policies and technical documentation.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including group leadership and executive presentations/reporting/summaries.
  • Strong action planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to multitask and balance competing requirements.
  • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding coaching skills.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong leadership traits.
  • Experience in service reporting
