In addition to being an outstanding people manager, your responsibilities will include:Empowering Teams: Manage and mentor a diverse group of Product Owners guiding their professional growth and unlocking their full potential.Facilitating Collaboration: Aid in seamless collaboration between teams within our Agile Release Train (ARTs) and between different ARTs, ensuring alignment and shared goals.Empowering Innovation: Support your teams in exploring and implementing AI solutions to enhance daily work.Lead by example: Showcase effective problem-solving skills by overcoming and removing impediments and inspiring your teams.Continuous Improvement: Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with other managers and team members to enhance processes and outcomes.About Our Team:Join a skilled and inclusive group of Product Owners and Software Developers based in Ballerup, Denmark, and Warsaw, Poland.
