As Market Access Manager, you will report to the Market Access Director and collaborate with all departments of SERVIER (SUISSE) S.A. as well as with Global Market Access Department. Your responsibilities include developing and executing strategic market access and pricing plans for approved, pipeline and launched products to maximise payer value and patient access.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Value & Access activities and processes for the Swiss pharma market, including reimbursement dossier writing, price revisions, and data management.
- Active contribution in the national, cross-functional teams, as well as in international functional teams.
- Maintain relations with key external Market Access stakeholders (e.g., BAG, health insurances, industry associations).
- Manage Art.71 requests.
- Provide pricing, reimbursement and pharmacoeconomic information to relevant internal and external customers.
- Monitoring and analyzing of the latest market access policy developments and trends.
- Support national healthcare policy activities, public consultations, develop position papers and communications.
QUALIFICATIONS / PROFIL
- A master’s degree in life sciences (pharmaceutical sciences or other health relevant studies), health economics or healthcare policy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Swiss healthcare/pharmaceutical environment.
- Understanding of the Swiss reimbursement laws, market dynamics, and policies.
- Knowledge of national databases and registries holding relevant health data.
- Background in rare diseases, cardiovascular, and oncology would be a plus.
- Proficiency in English, French and German (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and similar software.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
- A proactive approach, quick learner. A team player, used to working independently and efficiently, an innovative and dynamic personality
- Ability to think strategically and to turn complex ideas into clear messages.
- Strong communicator, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Office based in Geneva with possibility of hybrid work.
