Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our team. This crucial role will drive our marketing strategies and initiatives, focusing on promoting Irish culture and enhancing customer experiences. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in communications, content design, or digital marketing, with a strong appreciation for Irish traditions. Key Responsibilities: ● Data Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer demographics to inform marketing strategies. Utilize tools to collect and interpret data on campaigns and customer engagement. ● Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. ● Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, preparing reports with insights and recommendations. ● Community Engagement: Work with local artists and organizations to promote events, gather community feedback, and enhance our offerings. ● Problem Solving: Identify and address marketing challenges with innovative solutions while staying informed on industry trends. ● Promoting Irish Culture: Demonstrate enthusiasm for Irish music and dance, ensuring marketing initiatives refl ect our cultural values. Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Content Design, Digital Marketing, or a related fi eld. ● Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics or communications, preferably in the hospitality or cultural sector. ● Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Passion for Irish culture, music, and dance. ● Profi ciency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). ● Proactive problem-solving mindset.
