We are a seeking a talented and proactive Marketing & Business Development (MBD) Senior Executive. The role reports to the Ireland MBD Manager and involves regular collaboration with colleagues across international offices and sector groups.Salary: to €60kBenefits: Pension, Healthcare, Bonus, 25 days AL, Hybrid working, Career ProgressionThe RoleThis is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute directly to the firm’s growth strategy by supporting marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and assisting with business development activity. You’ll work closely with partners, lawyers, and the wider MBD team to deliver impactful campaigns, develop client relationships, and uncover new opportunities.The position offers strong exposure, great on-the-job training, and access to external professional development courses. You’ll be part of a supportive and open culture, where innovation and initiative are genuinely encouraged.The Role:Work with the Ireland MBD Manager to support the implementation of business plans and strategic projects.Identify and coordinate participation in sector events and sponsorships, ensuring post-event follow-up and ROI analysis.Plan and manage firm-hosted events, seminars, and networking initiatives.Assist with preparing tailored pitches, proposals, and client presentations.Support digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media content, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces.Maintain and develop the firm’s social media presence, particularly LinkedIn, ensuring consistency and engagement.Track performance of marketing campaigns and BD initiatives, providing insights for improvement.Manage the business development pipeline and CRM system, ensuring accurate recording of client interactions.Coordinate legal directory submissions and interview preparations.Contribute to BD strategies across practice areas, tailoring activities to target markets and sectors.The Candidate:We’re looking for someone who brings energy, reliability, and a genuine interest in professional services marketing and business development.You should have:A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing/BD role, ideally within a legal or professional services environmentA strong track record in delivering marketing and BD campaignsFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platformsA self-starter attitude with the ability to own and drive projects to completionExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle deadlines and stakeholdersSharp attention to detail across written content and presentation materialsStrong commercial awareness and a client-focused approachConfident communication skills, both written and verbalGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
