Marketing and Communications Executive – TaxWe are searching for an experienced Marketing and Communications Executive – TaxOverall job purposeResponsible for supporting the development, delivery and monitoring of strategic marketing and communications activity across the tax lines of business.
The Marketing Executive will work with the Tax Marketing Manager, wider IMC team and partners to help deliver the growth of the tax business. The focus of this role is supporting our corporate tax team.Responsibilities
- Work with the marketing manager to deliver national tax marketing activity across a full range of channels including email, events, webinars, social media, web and PR.
- Support the tax partners in creating premium internal and external communications material, ensuring this is aligned with RSM’s brand and tone of voice.
- Develop and maintain internal and external content across various formats, including website, podcast, articles and video – promoting key tax initiatives and accurately representing the tax lines of business and specialisms.
- Support the firm’s digital strategy, including the use and advocacy of social media and SEO best
practice. * Ensure Dynamics 365 is used effectively to support the team and that reports from the system are accurate.
- Report on the performance of the tax lines of business and marketing activity, using Power BI and Dynamics 365 to track performance, measure ROI and identify potential areas of improvement.
- Support the development and maintenance of credentials and marketing collateral, providing content into the bids team for wider use across the firm.
- Support and deliver on strategic sponsorships and initiatives with third parties ensuring activities meet objectives and produce an acceptable ROI.
- Ensure PR opportunities are identified and maximised in close liaison with the national PR team.
- Build relationships within RSM’s ATC, ICE and the wider IMC team.

- management of own workload with minimal supervision and supervision/support of junior colleagues on a project-by-project basis;

- excellent attention to detail.
