To support this, we are now looking for a proficient Marketing and Communications Project Manager to strengthen our team and lead impactful initiatives that elevate our brand and amplify our global presence.About the Role
As a Marketing and Communications Project Manager, you will spearhead both strategic and operational initiatives, including coordinating large-scale exhibitions abroad and managing both small and large marketing projects. In this role, you will act as the internal team lead, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure seamless execution of projects. While not a formal managerial position, you will play a key role in coordination and driving collective progress toward shared goals. You will report directly to the CMCO, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals while contributing to impactful brand growth.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end marketing projects, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple channels and stakeholders.

• Plan and manage large international exhibitions, overseeing logistics, branding, and audience engagement strategies.

• Develop and implement impactful multi-channel campaigns, integrating digital, print, and event-based marketing.

• Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all communication materials and platforms.

• Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovations to our marketing strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in project management within marketing or communications.

• Proven expertise in planning and executing large exhibitions and high-impact marketing initiatives.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Roll-up-their-sleeves attitude paired with a proactive, hands-on approach

• Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
