Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a confident and experienced Marketing & BD professional to join their European team based in Dublin.This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions, supporting high-performing teams. • Supporting business development and marketing for Finance, Capital Markets, Listings, and Regulatory services across Europe
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders and Managing Partners on internal and external initiatives
• Leading and managing Europe-wide events, sponsorships, and seminars
• Executing business plans aligned with global strategy and managing associated budgets
• Reporting on BD activity, client wins, and ROI across practice groups
• Coordinating with CRM, Comms, Design, and Analytics teams to maximise impact
• Producing high-quality proposals and managing the end-to-end delivery process
• Undertaking research on markets, sectors, organisations, and individuals to support BD efforts
• Developing compelling practice area materials aligned with brand messaging
• Enhancing internal communication and visibility of BD activities across teams

You will bring:

• ✔️ 4+ years’ experience in a Marketing & BD role within professional services industry.
• ✔️ A relevant degree and strong project management skills
• ✔️ Experience working at executive or senior executive level
• ✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (egInterAction), and marketing platforms (eg. On24, Venture)
• ✔️ Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
