Summary: Our Renewables client in Cork are seeking a dynamic and versatile Full-Stack Marketing Professional to join their team. This role requires expertise across all areas of marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital strategies. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver, highly analytical, and capable of managing campaigns end-to-end. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting our overall business goals.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media advertising.
  • Manage website content and optimise for performance, ensuring a seamless user experience and strong conversion rates.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content for various channels, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce marketing assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all platforms, ensuring brand messaging resonates with the target audience.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics across channels, delivering actionable insights to optimise future campaigns.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to track KPIs and report on ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with sales, operations managers, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members where applicable.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices, sharing insights with the broader team.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation across online and offline channels.
  • Engage with customers through social media and other platforms to build relationships and foster loyalty.
  • Plan and execute events, sponsorships, or partnerships that align with the brand’s vision and goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a full-stack marketing role or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with the Irish market and its unique cultural nuances is a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and social media platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content for different audiences and platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results through integrated campaigns.
