Job description

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a strong background in social media, digital content creation, and brand promotion, particularly in the context of recruitment and talent attraction. You will also support the internal recruitment team in showcasing client services and will be involved in core recruitment activities.Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Design and execute digital campaigns to promote recruitment services and client brand awareness
• Develop and schedule engaging content including graphics, reels, blogs, and job ads
• Support the recruitment team by promoting vacancies and employer branding for clients
• Track and analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist with internal recruitment duties including candidate engagement and CRM updates
• Maintain and update website content related to marketing and recruitment
• Support company events, job fairs, and promotional campaigns as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a marketing or social media-focused role
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills for web and social media
• Strong interest in or experience with the recruitment or staffing industry
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and social media scheduling platforms
• Strong communication, creativity, and organisational abilities
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be based in County Mayo (hybrid work supported, but in-office presence required regularly)
