We are currently working with a leading retail company to find a Marketing Specialist to join their fantastic Marketing team.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping in-store marketing strategies, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sales growth across retail locations.As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the Retail Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing initiatives, collaborating with store teams, and ensuring the brand is consistently represented across all retail channels. • Support the Retail Marketing Manager in creating and implementing retail-specific marketing campaigns to drive footfall and boost sales.
• Research and identify new opportunities to enhance customer engagement and the in-store experience.
• Collaborate with store managers and staff to roll out marketing strategies effectively.
• Develop in-store promotional materials in partnership with the design team.
• Analyse campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay up to date with retail trends.
• Work alongside the digital marketing team to integrate retail campaigns across online platforms.
• Organize in-store events, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
• Gather customer insights through surveys and feedback to inform future strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in retail or marketing roles, ideally within the furniture, home décor, or similar industries.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Creativity and attention to detail when planning and executing campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (CRM systems, social media platforms, etc.).
• Willingness to travel to retail locations with own car and full driver’s license.
