Retail Marketing Executive job CorkBlue Forge Recruitment continues to expand our client base by working with a proud retail organisation, that has a deep heritage spanning decades. They are a highly established luxury retailer, that has a nationwide presence but would love to reach more customers by promoting their brand online further. They have a great story to sell through visual and digital marketing but have an even better luxury product to offer its loyal customers as well and we need a stylish and professional marketing executive to help them do this.This retail business is in a growth phase having recently moved into the Dublin market with a premium high street retailer, and is focusing its efforts on building its brand further online.We are assisting them to find a passionate, Marketing Executive, someone with flair, a creative digital mindset, excellent with digital technology, like photography and videography and using social media platforms to promote the brand both from a commercial and employer choice perspective.For someone with 2years experience in a similar type role our client will offer an attractive salary DOE, including other company perks like staff discount up to 30%.Requirements for this Marketing Executive job:

• 2+ years Marketing experience in a B2C environment ideally an industry relating to fashion, or retail of some sort.
• This position requires a unique blend of creativity, storytelling, and a keen sense of the latest trends in both furniture and fashion, a stylish, outgoing and creative person who thinks outside of the box is required
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
• The role will be full-time office-based in Cork, but the successful candidate must be able to travel between stores on a regular basis to capture content.
• Some form of 3rd level qualifications in Design and Business qualification preferred), or Marketing
• Ability to work to tight deadlines on multiple projects within a team environment
• Strong social media skills relating to content creation across all platforms (primary platforms used are Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn).
• Strong technical know-how related to video editing, reel production, and graphic design skills
• Meticulous in your attention to detail and proactive in your approach

Key Responsibilities for this Marketing Executive job:

• You’ll be responsible for curating content that resonates with our clients discerning customers, inspiring them to transform their spaces with our beautifully crafted pieces.
• Content Creation & Social Media Management
• Write and create engaging content across various platforms, including website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and product descriptions.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce visually stunning content that reflects the elegance and sophistication of the products on offer.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in both the furniture and fashion industries, using your insights to create timely and relevant content.
• Optimize content for SEO and monitor performance metrics to drive traffic and conversions.
• Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent tone, style, and engagement with the clients online community.
• Assist in the development of marketing campaigns that reflect the essence of the brand and attract a high-end audience.
