Marketing Executive, Salary: £30k + bonus (£36k OTE) + Excellent benefits and real career development opportunities, Hybrid working: 2 days from home, 3 days from the Basingstoke office and a requirement to attend marketing events and exhibitions (likely to be approx. 2x per month)Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a Leading national IT provider. This is a varied role, tasked with creating and delivering marketing campaigns to include content creation, digital, social, email and exhibitions / events. You’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with prestigious brands, experienced sales teams / internal stakeholders and B2B customers in the IT & technology space.Marketing Executive – the role:

• Work with all vendors / brands to understanding marketing budgets and execute agreed campaigns.
• Develop, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across the websites, social media, and email.
• Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos.
• Analyse marketing performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and show ROI.
• Coordinate and attend marketing events and exhibitions.
• Attend and present in meetings to all vendors updates on performance and sales data to attain marketing support.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team, utilising their skills and experience.

Candidate requirements:

• Proven experience in a digital marketing executive, content creator, or a related marketing role.
• Strong writing and editing skills for content creation.
• Full UK driver’s license and the ability to travel to exhibitions and events.
• Proficiency in photography and videography, including editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar). Must be happy to use own camera, lighting and microphone equipment.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of 3D design software (such as Enscape, SketchUp, or similar) is a plus.
• Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
