Marketing Lead
City of London (hybrid)
£80,000 – £105,000 + bonus
Investment ManagementWe’re delighted to be partnered with a leading Investment Manager looking to recruit a Marketing Lead as they enter their next stage of growth.The Marketing Lead will:

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement with financial advisors, discretionary fund managers, and other intermediaries.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product, and Investment teams, to create compelling content and marketing strategies tailored to key audience segments.
Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage a small team, providing leadership and guidance to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Required skills and experience:

Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience within investment management.
Strong understanding of advisory and discretionary audiences, with experience across the full marketing mix.
Proven expertise in campaign management, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
Team management experience and a collaborative mindset.
Knowledge of estate planning and IHT.
