Also we are ambitious in building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels and building thought leadership with sustainability and circular solutions.You will work closely with a local team of experts in Finland such as sales, customer service and other internal stakeholders.   • Mobile App campaigns: plan, implement and analyze mobile app campaigns in Finland to drive app downloads, engagement and usage.
  • Targeted discounts: plan, lead and analyze targeted discount campaigns in Finland to activate customers and drive sales.
  • Gamification: plan, create and analyze customer engagement campaigns and activities using gamification tools in Finland and the Baltics to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
  • Content marketing: produce valuable and engaging content for our local website and social media channels. Supervise the social media content flow to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Website management: manage and optimize website content, implementing SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Administrative tasks: handle B2C marketing-related administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Collaboration: collaborate with and support internal stakeholders to achieve shared business goals and maintain effective communication.

Keys to success in this role

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years experience in planning and executing marketing activities, content creation and digital marketing
  • Knowledge of social media channels and metrics
  • Ability to write and create engaging and fluent content in Finnish and good command of English
  • An eye for detail and visual skills to produce marketing materials
