From the iconic Arctic TreeHouse Hotel and our new Aino Private Island Hotel to the most exclusive Christmas fairytale adventures in Santa Claus Secret Forest and Santa Park; curated selection Extraordinary Experiences as well as the prestigious Lapland Luxury DMC, you will be the storyteller and strategist connecting our world to global audiences.Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will lead a talented marketing team, set bold strategies and campaigns, and turn ideas into measurable results. You will blend creative vision with data-driven decisions, steering campaigns, partnerships, and innovations that keep our brands top of mind for travelers seeking something truly unforgettable.What you will be doing
– Lead the annual marketing strategy and manage the marketing budget to meet ambitious sales and brand growth targets.
– Monitor online sales pace and forecasts, take proactive action to meet targets, and provide clear and actionable marketing reporting to support decision-making and performance tracking.
– Drive innovative digital and offline campaigns, social storytelling, websites, newsletters, and targeted actions to drive in sales.
– Build and manage influencer and press collaborations that align with our luxury positioning.
– Seek and develop strategic partnerships that expand reach and generate measurable sales.
– Inspire, guide, and develop the marketing team, ensuring high performance, creativity, and wellbeing.
– Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring up-to-date assets aligned with our brandbooks.What were looking for
– Proven marketing experience. Experience from luxury hotels, travel destinations or premium brands is considered an advantage.
– Strategic thinker who can translate vision into action, combining creative storytelling with commercial results.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance data and the agility to act quickly on insights.
– You are enthusiastic about the opportunities that AI and AI-powered tools bring to modern marketing.
– A leadership style that inspires teams and fosters collaboration across departments.
– Fluency in English; Finnish language skills is considered an advantage but not mandatory.Why join us
