Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekReporting to: Business Development DirectorAre you a strategic marketer with a passion for building brand trust, driving engagement, and generating high-quality leads? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead in elevating our brand, enhancing our digital presence, and contributing directly to the long-term success of our business.Main Duties
” Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the overall marketing strategy.” Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that highlight our generator solutions and communicate our values of trust and quality.” Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints-messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity-to strengthen recognition across diverse market sectors.” Develop and implement a user experience UX strategy to ensure our website and digital channels are impactful, accessible, and customer-centric.” Oversee agency relationships and external partnerships to support creative, digital, and strategic execution as needed.” Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI through data-driven decisions.” Lead both internal and external communications to build trust, reinforce our Employee Ownership Trust EOTculture, and improve employee engagement.” Continuously refine the marketing mix-including SEO, PPC, video, content, and social media-to keep our brand fresh and competitive.” Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and strategic opportunities.” Design storytelling campaigns that showcase team expertise and build long-lasting customer relationships.” Monitor customer satisfaction using tools like Net Promoter Score (NPS) and use feedback to shape marketing and UX improvements.“
” Manage and mentor a small team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional development.Skills & Experience:” Minimum 5 years in a B2B marketing role.” Experience leading a marketing team with measurable results.” Strong background in digital marketing, campaign strategy, and content creation.” Proven success in driving brand growth and lead generation across multiple channels.” Prior experience in the generator or industrial product sector is highly desirable.Skills:” Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.” Deep understanding of the full marketing mix and customer lifecycle.” Proficiency in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.” Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform strategy.” Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.” Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.” Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.Benefits
