• Conduct real-time checks on market manipulation, personal account dealing and conflict of interest, including escalation and reporting duties
• Support the governance and development of markets compliance standards, advise first-line functions, and collaborate with local compliance teams across the group
• Participate in Desk Reviews and build expertise in relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID, Benchmark Regulation)
• Deliver and maintain markets compliance trainings and ensure training materials are up to date

Your Background

• Minimum 3 years experience in capital markets, law or compliance
• Educational background in Banking, Economics, Finance or Law
• Strong knowledge of capital markets products and related regulatory requirements
• Very good negotiation and presentation skills in English (German is a plus)
