You will take ownership of your project and join in on other projects and tasks within the team.High-Level descriptionAs part of your Master’s Thesis Project, you’ll collaborate with Netadmin’s Professional Services team to develop service packages. The goal is to create standardized packages that reduce delivery time and improve customer comprehension in current and emerging markets. The end result will make it easier for customers to understand what they’re buying and promote business growth.Project DescriptionIn this Master’s thesis project, you will work closely with our Professional Services department at Netadmin to analyze the current service packaging landscape. Your main focus will be proposing innovative strategies and frameworks to standardize, develop, and broaden the range of packaged services we offer.To achieve this, you will conduct extensive market research and analyze customer preferences in various markets. You will collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement, such as reducing delivery time and simplifying the customer’s comprehension of service offerings.By researching industry trends and best practices, you will explore new methods and technologies to enhance our service packaging. This research will help us identify opportunities to streamline our service delivery process and improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to developing a comprehensive service packaging framework for both existing and untapped markets.PurposeThis Master’s Thesis Project aims to explore and execute service packaging strategies that effectively support Netadmin’s objectives of minimizing delivery time and improving customer comprehension. Your input towards establishing consistent packaged services is vital in enhancing customer happiness and boosting business expansion.BackgroundWe are looking for two students, with an educational background in areas such as Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management or similar, to write their bachelor/master thesis regarding this project.Objective and DeliverablesObjectives:
- Perform an extensive analysis of service packaging within Netadmin’s Professional Services department.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to standardize and develop packaged services.
- Explore market trends and conduct customer research to understand their preferences and requirements.
- Design and develop a service packaging framework that reduces delivery time and improves customer understanding.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing Netadmin’s competitive advantage through streamlined service packaging.
Deliverables:
- A research report documenting the analysis of the current service packaging landscape, including strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- A comprehensive proposal outlining strategies and frameworks for standardizing and developing packaged services within Netadmin’s Professional Services department.
- A detailed service packaging framework that reduces delivery time and enhances customer understanding.
- A final thesis report summarizing the research, methodology, findings, and recommendations for the university and Netadmin.
Who are you?
- You are a master’s or bachelor’s student in Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management or related areas.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information effectively.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Self-driven problem solver with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
