• Production planning of assigned products and ensuring product based on forecast and actual orders, postpone or advance productions based on customer inquiries or other requirements, check and verify long planning horizon
• Forecast analysis and conversion into production planning
• Definition of production order lot sizes
• Monitoring and steering of safety stocks
• Transport organization with service provider (maintain direct contact with the forwarders)
• Creation of shipping documents including certificates when required
• Invoice verification (verify pricing conditions, data accuracy, volumes, etc.)
• Order processing in SAP (assigns the order to the right plant based on geographical location, and/ or other criteria already existing in SAP)

You bring these skills, experience & education

• 3-5 years of experience in Order Management, production planning, logistics, dispatch, supply chain operations
• Advanced level of English (medium level of Polish, German, Spanish, Hungarian represent an advantage)
• Advanced level of MS Office knowledge (Microsoft Excel specifically)
• Ability to apply an organized, methodical, and consistent approach
• SAP knowledge is strongly preferred
