- Deliver engaging, challenging, and accessible Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Use a variety of formative and summative assessments to track progress and inform planning
- Promote numerical fluency, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support academic and personal development
- Contribute to the wider school community through clubs, interventions, and enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3 and KS4; KS5 desirable but not essential)
- Be a passionate, resilient, and reflective educator
- Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding, inclusive practice, and student wellbeing
- Possess excellent subject knowledge, communication, and classroom management skills
