In a world thirsty for energy to support growing populations and urbanization, and struggling to balance sources of supply with emissions profiles, it makes sense to apply the right solutions to squeezing the most from existing fields.Partner with the bestTo own the project control activity globally and drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for projects implementation. Activities that are conducted to better understand or ultimately meet the expectations of the customer. Seasoned and deep understanding of concepts, approaches and methodology used. Deep expertise on the level of a technological field.As a Mature Assets Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct technical support to Customer as part of the screening and filtering of opportunities (feasibility studies), as and when required by the regions
  • Being familiar with remote operations processes and structure
  • Participating and/or organization of internal and external workshops to promote Mature Assets Solutions and our capabilities
  • Collaborating with MAS regions/Sales Leaders to develop tailored solutions, provide technical support and prepare proposals that clearly convey the value proposition and differentiators of BH
  • Executing engineering calculations, analysis and design work specific to well interventions, plug & abandonment ensuring technical proposals are compliant with industry standards
  • Developing work program where applicable and costs estimates in conjunction with the commercial team to ensure bids are appropriately priced
  • Supporting contract mobilization and handover to the service delivery team upon successful tender award
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of well intervention and P&A techniques tools/ technologies to provide up-to-date solutions, continuously updating skills and knowledge.

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with proven experience in Customer Application Engineering
  • Have good oral and written communication skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Be able to analyze and resolve problems
  • Have experience leading programs / projects
  • Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Have proven project management skills
