Mechanical Designer – Join Our Client’s Team in Innovating Production Equipment!About the Role:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer to enhance their team in the development, design, and manufacturing of new production equipment.Key Responsibilities:
This role involves designing production equipment primarily for assembly fixtures to support the client’s assembly workshops in Oskarshamn. There may also be opportunities to work on designs for other departments, including logistics, press, body, and paint.The Ideal Candidate:
Our client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Designer with expertise in designing body shop equipment and adapting parts for cab bodies. You should be comfortable with Catia V5 and, ideally, Enovia as the PLM system.Team and Tools:
You will join a team of approximately 10 tool designers, ranging in experience levels. The primary tools for this role include Catia V5 for design and Enovia for PLM.Skills and Experience Required:

• Extensive experience as a Mechanical Designer
• Proficiency in mechanical design of body shop equipment
• Familiarity with Catia V5 and ideally Enovia
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written
