📅 Employment Type: Full-Time, PermanentWe are currently working with a leading M&E contractor seeking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team on a major project at Heathrow Airport.This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and technically skilled professional to join a well-established business delivering high-value, complex mechanical packages within a secure and regulated environment.The Role:
As Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full delivery of mechanical services, from design coordination and procurement to installation, commissioning, and handover. You’ll be working closely with clients, consultants, and specialist subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and programme targets are consistently achieved.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the mechanical delivery of large-scale airport worksOversee project planning, coordination, and site deliveryLead subcontractor management and quality assuranceChair site meetings and liaise with the client teamEnsure compliance with all health & safety protocolsCollaborate with commercial teams to manage variations and reportingTrack progress against programme and ensure timely deliveryRequirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in building servicesPrevious airport or similar secure environment project experience highly desirableStrong technical understanding of mechanical systems and HVACConfident communicator, client-facing, and solution-orientedSMSTS or equivalent H&S certificationRight to work in the UK – no sponsorship availableWhat’s on Offer:
