About the Role:My client based in Kildare is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting and busy role. You’ll be the go-to person for client inquiries, laboratory coordination, and essential administrative tasks.Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming client inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and prompt responses. Maintain and update client records.
  • Coordinate effectively with team members to address client requests and ensure timely service. Manage logistics for client sample collections.
  • Prepare and distribute client reports and other necessary communications.
  • Provide essential admin support and assist with data entry, and provide support to the commercial and marketing teams, particularly with digital platforms.

Essential Skills & Qualities:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a medical or laboratory environment. Third-level education is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM software’s and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and laboratory procedures.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, adaptability, and a strong collaborative spirit.
