This high-impact position is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives in complexity, driving medical excellence and scientific dialogue across portfolios and geographies.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the development of robust Medical Affairs strategies, aligning business priorities with operational plans for Rare Bleeding Disorders.
- Launch Excellence: Oversee medical launch readiness, ensuring global, regional, and affiliate alignment for successful pre-launch and launch activities.
- Insight-Driven Strategy: Implement frameworks to translate insights into actionable strategies, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.
- Scientific Dialogue Innovation: Amplify our scientific communication, advance digital engagement and ensure the translation of complex science into clinical care.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build alignment across Global, Regional, and Affiliate medical and cross-functional teams, fostering behaviour change to deliver impactful, patient-focused medical initiatives.
QualificationsWe seek an organized, proactive professional with a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. You excel at influencing across organizational layers, thrive on innovation, and balance strategic vision with operational execution.Furthermore,
- 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with demonstrated expertise in product launches from a Medical Affairs perspective and strong capabilities in medical/scientific communication.
- Advanced degree required (MSc, MBA, PhD, or MD).
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Comprehensive Medical Affairs experience, including expertise in scientific communication and omnichannel engagement strategies.
- Outstanding project and stakeholder management skills, particularly within complex matrix environments.
- Fostering strong cross-functional connections with a collaborative mindset, driven by a passion for improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of Medical Affairs.
