Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Medical Lead Dermatology Nordics who is strategic, collaborative, and inspiring to join us in our Medical Affairs Nordics team, based in our offices in Denmark, Finland, Sweden or Norway.About the roleIn this role, you will lead and manage a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and Medical Solution Leads across the Nordic region, ensuring the excellence of medical strategy and alignment within the therapeutic areas. You will drive field medical strategy, team development, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve high-quality medical engagement and deliver on key objectives.Who you’ll work withYou will be working in a highly collaborative environment with MSLs, Medical Solution Leads, and the wider medical community, including local Medical Head and EU medical teams as well as the cross-functional team. You will partner closely with various stakeholders to align medical strategies and ensure their execution across the Nordic region, impacting both local and global initiatives. The position reports in to Medical Head, Nordics.What you’ll do

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of MSL and Medical Solution Leads.
• Drive cross-functional input into medical and therapeutic area strategies.
• Coach and inspire MSLs and Medical Solution Leads to independently execute medical strategies.
• Ensure alignment with medical, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Build external stakeholder relationships and represent the medical team.
• Oversee MSL training and education to ensure expertise in therapeutic areas.

Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

• 5+ years of medical affairs leadership and/or 3+ years managing field medical teams.
• PhD, PharmD, or MD degree preferred.
• Proven track-record having worked with biologics within immunology and preferably dermatology
• Expertise in strategic medical planning and therapeutic areas.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Fluency verbally and written in one of the local languages in the Nordics as well as English.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Nordic region.
