With a strong focus on research and development, this company is recognized for its high-quality pipeline, entrepreneurial culture, and impactful work in areas such as CNS disorders, addiction treatment, and oncology.To strengthen their medical affairs team, we are looking for an experienced and driven Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to cover Belgium.Your RoleAs a Medical Science Liaison, you will act as the scientific bridge between the company and the medical community. You will:Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and medical societies.Deliver fair, balanced, and non-promotional scientific exchange in alignment with medical strategy.Support the execution of medical activities, including advisory boards, local expert meetings, and congresses.Serve as a key medical contact for clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies.Collect and communicate field insights to support internal strategies.Ensure medical compliance with internal procedures and local regulations.Your ProfileScientific background (PharmD, MD, PhD, or MSc in life sciences).At least 3–5 years of experience in a Medical Affairs/MSL role.Previous exposure to CNS, addiction medicine, or oncology is considered a strong asset.Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.Autonomous, proactive, a builder and able to thrive in a cross-functional setting.Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a strong plus.Interested in joining a purpose-driven and fast-growing organization making a real impact in patients’ lives?📩 Apply confidentially via Morgan Philips Executive Search.All applications will be treated with the utmost discretion.
