Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – FinlandWe are seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, in Finland. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the launch phase of a key cardiovascular therapy, helping to improve patient outcomes and contribute to scientific advancements. The position offers a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.Your Key Responsibilities
- Scientific Expertise: Deliver scientific insights and education to healthcare professionals (HCPs) on cardiovascular disease, diagnostic approaches, and treatment mechanisms.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and academic institutions.
- Advisory Boards: Lead and manage advisory boards, facilitating meaningful scientific discussions with thought leaders.
- Compliance & Material Review: Review and approve educational and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with the national Key Account Manager (KAM) to ensure strategic alignment and support execution of shared goals.
- Event Representation: Represent the company at key medical events, including international congresses like the European Society of Cardiology (ESC).
- Education & Training: Conduct internal and external training sessions to support scientific understanding and product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an MSL within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Finnish and English is essential.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance standards and medical guidelines in pharmaceuticals.
- Launch Experience: Previous involvement in product launches, particularly in cardiovascular therapy, is a strong advantage.
- Versatility: Ability to balance scientific responsibilities with administrative tasks effectively.
- Team-Oriented: A collaborative professional with a strong ability to work across teams and engage with diverse stakeholders.
