The ideal candidate will be a professional specialized in designing, developing, and maintaining CRM systems specifically tailored for our midmarket business clients.Key Responsibilities

• Ensure code meets high standards of quality, is free of bugs, and is maintainable and reliable.
• Complete tasks and projects on time with efficient and effective coding practices.
• Work effectively with team members and stakeholders, sharing knowledge and contributing to team success.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and continuously improve existing systems and processes.
• Continuously update and enhance technical skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends.
• Follow established development processes and standards, ensuring security and compliance.

About YOURequirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications can be beneficial.
• Demonstrable experience through internships, co-op programs, or previous employment.
• Typically, 2-4 years of experience in software development.
• Experience working on relevant projects, either independently or as part of a team.
• Have adequate English writing and speaking skills

Technical skills

• Proficiency in languages such as Java, JavaScript
• Familiarity with additional languages like C#, Kotlin, or TypeScript can be advantageous.
• Knowledge of frameworks and libraries such as Spring (Java), React (JavaScript).
• Understanding of common design patterns and best practices for software design.
• Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL
• Proficiency in using Git for version control.

Soft skills

• Ability to work effectively within a team, understanding the dynamics and contributing to collective goals.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Ensuring accuracy and precision in coding and testing.
• Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
