A client of mine who is a nationally know healthcare insurance company is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Member Services Representative to join their healthcare insurance onboarding team. In this role, you’ll support members by answering questions about benefits, claims, and coverage, helping them navigate their healthcare needs with confidence and clarity as well as onboarding new members.Key Responsibilities:Respond to member inquiries via phone and emailExplain insurance benefits and coverage optionsAssist with claims, billing, and enrollment questionsDocument interactions accurately in internal systemsDeliver exceptional, empathetic customer serviceExperience Requirements:Previous customer service or call center experience preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle confidential information professionally * Proven experience in empathy driven customer serviceWhat is on offer:Annual Salary: €28,500Bonus structurePrivate healthcare insurance for you and your dependants * Subsidised gym membershipOpportunities for advancementApply today to be a part of making healthcare easier for those who need it most.
