MEP Project Lead- SwedenTo €100,000 DOE + PackageWe are assisting a leading main building contractor operating both in public and private sectors including data centre, commercial, fit-out, substations, biopharma, industrial warehousing, conservation, retail, residential, healthcare, and education projects. Due to continued growth, the company is looking for highly skilled and experienced MEP Lead. As MEP Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of MEP systems bringing expertise in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, piping, and building services, with a strong focus on high-performance design, energy efficiency, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities and Requirements:Reporting to MEP Manager, you will lead the design, development, and review of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems including HVAC services.Collaborate with contract managers, project managers, and other engineering leads to integrate MEP systems seamlessly within project scopes.Oversee quality assurance and control for MEP designs, from concept through construction, commissioning, and client handover.Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, standards, health and safety, and industry best practices.Participate in project planning, budget allocation, and resource management to achieve project milestones efficiently.Supervise and mentor a team of MEP engineers and designers, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and results.Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, communicating technical information and project progress effectively.Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.5+ years significant experience in MEP engineering with a focus on Data Centre MEP projects.Strong knowledge of procurement, scheduling, programming, and sequencing.Strong proficiency in MEP design software and tools.Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate is eligible to work in Sweden with no visa restrictions.
