HAVI Supply Chain TechHub’s diverse teams collaborate seamlessly across locations and functions, embodying a spirit of integrity and creativity to serve their customers in the best way possible.Your new roleThe Senior Solution Analyst will act as a senior mobile engineer for our Solution Owner – Customer Platform, Mobile. They will drive the delivery of the Customer Platform’s mobile roadmap. A typical day will include analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of mobile features and enhancements, as well as close engagement with customers.This person has experience developing production grade mobile solutions in Xamarin, iOS, and Android. They are highly ambitious, career driven, humble, and customer obsessed. On the mobile team, everything we do is for the customer. This person understands the customer’s priority, they make technical recommendations to the Solution Owner accordingly.The Senior Solution Analyst will coach and guide our engineers – providing relevant and constructive input on development, testing and deployment tasks. They will also collaborate closely with our customer platform operations team, ensuring smooth handover of production solutions to our operations team. This person will lead the ongoing review of code, documentation, and knowledge sharing sessions with the operations team.The role will include day-to-day collaboration and design discussions with our Global Supply Chain Planning and Analytics (GPA) team, as well as with our strategic software partners. The Senior Solution Analyst will lead some projects for the mobile team, as capacity grows.What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or (equivalent experience) in Science and Technology

Minimum of five year’s experience in mobile developmentStrong EQ (emotional intelligence) – highly collaborative with both tech and business stakeholdersProven experience as a Mobile Engineer with a strong portfolio of apps developed for iOS and Android platforms.Proficient in Swift for iOS and Kotlin or Java for Android.Experience with cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin.Solid understanding of mobile development frameworks, libraries, and APIs for both iOS and Android. * Familiarity with mobile development tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, and version control systems like Azure DevOps or Git.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into mobile apps.
• Knowledge of mobile app design principles, user interfaces, and user experience best practices.
• Experience with app store submission processes (Google Play, App Store) and dealing with app reviews and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code.
• Preference to work in an agile development environment and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Fluent in English
• Experience working with global teams in multiple time zones.
